Why Were We Needed?

Cone Business suffered a large flood that affected the entire first floor of the building, including all bank offices and teller areas. It was a large enough amount of water that a professional remediation and mitigation company was required immediately to get the building back to normal. That’s why they called Pro Service Builders.

Our professionals responded ASAP and conducted a thorough inspection of the building. This is hugely important in any flood/leak situation so that you don’t wind up with unforeseen problems. Water gets everywhere, and if even some small parts of affected building materials are missed, it could lead to mold and mildew development or worse. Once we completed that process, we replaced all floors (including carpet and tile), as well as large sections of drywall. We then painted the building to ensure that everything was in better shape than before we were required.
